Thank you for shopping with Aroma Glow Candles. This Shipping Policy outlines how we pack, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia-wide

  • (Optional) Add NZ or international if you plan to expand at any point


2. Processing Times

All orders are packed and shipped within:

  • 1–5 business days for standard orders

  • Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales) may require an extra 2–3 business days

We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates once your order has left our warehouse:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and courier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for orders over $90

  • Standard and Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel through Australia Post or the designated courier.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before placing an order.

If you’ve entered the wrong address:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@aromaglowcandles.com.au

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address

  • If your parcel has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change it

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  1. Check your tracking details

  2. Contact the courier for an update

  3. Contact us if the courier confirms the parcel is lost

We will send a replacement at no additional cost once confirmed.

Parcels marked Delivered by the courier are not eligible for replacement unless there is evidence of courier error.


8. Damaged Items on Arrival

If any products arrive damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation


9. Packaging

All orders are packed with care using protective materials to minimise damage during transit.
We aim to be as eco-conscious as possible by reducing unnecessary packaging.
