We want you to love your Aroma Glow Candles products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds.
1. Change of Mind Returns
Because our products are handmade, scented, and designed for personal use, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please choose carefully and reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, we will happily replace it or offer a refund.
To organise this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or fault
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
3. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or delayed:
Please check your tracking link first
Contact the courier directly (Australia Post or the designated shipping provider)
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost
We cannot refund or replace items marked as Delivered by the courier unless there is evidence of an error.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged or faulty products.
We do not provide exchanges for scent preference or change of mind.
6. Returns Shipping
If a return is required, we will provide instructions.
In most cases, returns for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Do not send products back without contacting us first.
7. Candle Variations
Because our candles are hand-poured and designed to look like real café drinks, slight variations in colour, texture, or layering may occur.
These natural variations do not qualify as faults.
